Day 1:

Arrival in our lovely thermal town – Montecatini Terme – in the heart of Tuscany. Dinner and overnight at a good 3 star Hotel.

Day 2:

Today we go to the birthplace of the most famous puppet in the world: Pinocchio. The nice town of Collodi is the birthplace of the famous Carlo Collodi. Here you will visit the beautiful Villa Garzoni and its Butterfly House.

In the afternoon, a nice wine tasting will be served in the garden of Villa Garzoni. Dinner at the Hotel.

Day 3:

Today you will reach Lucca. When in Lucca, be sure to look up. You will see the towers that still today stretch all the way up over the city’s rooftops: the characteristic Torre delle Ore and the great Torre Guinigi, crowned with Holm Oak leaves. A short distance away you will find Piazza dell’Anfiteatro, with its unmistakable elliptical shape, built in the original Roman structure. In the afternoon, you will reach Sant’Andrea di Compito. Here the annual camellias exposition “ANTICHE CAMELIE DELLA LUCCHESIA” is organised. Beautiful flowers in a medieval village. Visit of Villa Orsi is also included. Dinner at the Hotel with a nice pasta party.

Day 4:

A half-day guided tour to Pisa. We will see the splendid Square of Miracles, a wide walled square with its Cathedral, Baptistery and the wolrd-wide famous Leaning Tower.

In the afternoon you will have some free time in Montecatini Terme. Take the chance to enjoy a Cappuccino and relax. Dinner at the Hotel with a nice farewell dinner and Music evening.

Day 5:

Departure after breakfast.
