Sample program:

Day 1:

Arrival in the thermal town – Montecatini Terme – in the heart of Tuscany. Welcome drink, dinner and overnight stay at a good 4 star hotel.

Day 2:

Our plan for today – CINQUE TERRE. Cinque Terre are five lands built on cliffs, on Liguria coast. They are: Riomaggiore, Manarola, Vernazza, Corniglia und Monterosso. These spectacular villages haven’t changed almost at all in the last 200 years. The colourful houses built one upon another, directly at the seaside will definitely delight you!

 

The bus will take us from the hotel to La Spezia. Later on we will take the train to Riomaggiore. Here the exploration of Cinque Terre begins! Once we reach Vernazza, we will enjoy a romantic boat tour along the seaside. We will stop at Porto Venere and in the end we will arrive in La Spezia, where the bus will be waiting for us. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 3:

When in Tuscany, you can’t miss Florence. The best way to reach Florence is by train. You need only 50 minutes to reach the city centre and enjoy your beautiful day in Tuscany’s capital city. Have a walk around the city centre, enjoy a cup of coffee in Piazza della Signoria, stroll along Arno river and take a photo on Ponte Vecchio.

Dinner at the hotel, it will be a typical Tuscan dinner!

Day 4:

Today’s destination is Lucca. You can have a walk around the famous walls, surrounding the historical city centre. Lucca is full of museums, typical shops, restaurants, churches and some well kept towers, from where you can admire the breath taking panorama.

 

In the afternoon you will get back to Montecatini Terme for a short rest and a quick lunch. In the evening you will reach Torre del Lago, where the world wide famous Puccini Festival in Torre del Lago. Each year this event attracts attention of hundreds and hundreds of music lover from all over the world.
