Different sceneries of Tuscany permit easy bicycle rides, as well as more exciting and challenging mountain bike rides. Quiet valleys, rough areas, single trails and small side tracks let the bikers’ hearts beat faster. Tuscan forests offer many roads, country paths and an exceptional network of trails to explore and discover. Riding through quite valleys, olive groves and cypress roads, you can reach remote and breath taking rural places.

Day 1:

Arrival in our lovely thermal town – Montecatini Terme – in the heart of Tuscany. Dinner and overnight at a good 4 star Hotel.

Day 2:

Starting from the Hotel, today we reach the birthplace of the most famous puppet in the world: Pinocchio. The nice town of Collodi is the birthplace of the famous Carlo Collodi. Here you can visit the beautiful Villa Garzoni and its Butterfly House.

In the afternoon we will reach Lucca. This beautiful town is known for its 4,5 km long walls that surround the old part of the town. Join a Coffee and relax!

Day 3:

Today you have two possibilities: You can visit the old part of Montecatini Terme, Montecatini Alto, reachable by the historical cablecar.

Or you can reach Vinci, the birthplace of the most famous engineer in the world. Here you have the possibility to visit the Leonardo Museum.

(40 km – medium)

Day 4:

Today it is going to be more strenuous. The coach will bring you to Viareggio. Here you will reach Pisa cycling through the Regional Park of Migliarino. Once arrived in Pisa, take the time to take some photos with the world famous leaning tower. In the afternoon you will reach a local agritourism for wine tasting with snacks . The coach will pick you up at the farmhouse. (42 km – middle/hard)

Dinner at the Hotel with a nice farewell dinner and music evening.

Day 5:

Departure after breakfast.
